We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Residential & Light Commercial Service Technician that has a talent for keeping customers happy.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Starting pay range: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour, dependent upon skill level Benefits

Required Competencies:
- 3 years of field HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Demonstrate the willingness to invest in tools used in the Service of HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate the willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
- Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
- Low Voltage License required
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Experience in training and mentoring service technicians
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
- Nate Core Certification with 3 Specialty Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Competencies Desired:
- HVAC trade school graduate
